KWV DescriptionCuvée Rosé is a semi-dry sparkling rosé wine with tones of tropical fruit and strawberries. A fruity and easily accessible wine with a low alcohol content and a smooth finish.  

Serve the wine well chilled as an aperitif for spring and summer all festivities or for berry desserts.

Chateau Ksara Sunset Rose, an intense pink colour with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, with an initial roundness in the mouth, and finishing with a fresh and vivid taste. Winemaking & maturing Selected from the best vats of red grapes, this wine is obtained by bleeding. After 10 to 14 hours of maceration, fermentation is done at a low temperature (18°C). Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is racked-off and sulphured to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once it has stabilised, SUNSET is bottled in the spring, to preserve its ripe fruit flavours. Ageing Better appreciated the first year; it can be kept for up to 2 years in a good cellar. Serving This fresh robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Oriental cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cold meat. It should be served chilled (8-10°C) in order to reveal its spicy flavour, freshness and balance.

Glittering with stunning beauty and blushing pink hues, Freixenet Italian Rosé is a delicious blend of the finest Italian harvest of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes.Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness.

The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.

Tasting Note: Freixenet Italian Rosé is fresh and fruity with the delicate aroma of red fruits and an elegant base of white flowers and apples.

On the palate, the alluring, sweet red fruits blended in perfectly light, effervescent bubbles make this a delightful wine to be enjoyed on its own, or as a refreshing pairing with food.

Grape varieties: Groppello (predominantly), Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino. Its delicate pink colour leads you in to floral fragrances of dog rose and fruity notes of orange and fraises des bois, along with hints of lychee and ginger, in a scent profile that is at once elegant and complex. These persuasive aromas are then echoed on the palate in a fresh, succulent flavour, made vibrant by a tanginess that gives added dynamism to its almost crunchy nuances of wild berries and sweet spices Rosé
