Tasting note: Cherry red color. Perfumed notes of plum and strawberry with grapefruit undertones. Full-bodied palate with delicate acidity. Evolves elegantly and sensually across the palate, giving way to a long finish.

Serving suggestion: Excellent aperitif. Great match for pasta with meat or tomato sauce, as well as certain vegetables. Sublime with Asian food. Serve at 8–10ºC.

Méditerranée Indication Géographique Protégée Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, Tibouren Coming from plots on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees, Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by the sea sprays and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. These salty soils give the wine a unique character and an amazing balance. Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren Very pale pink colour. Nose of fresh fruit and citrus fruit. Glittering with stunning beauty and blushing pink hues, Freixenet Italian Rosé is a delicious blend of the finest Italian harvest of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes.Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness.

The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.

Tasting Note: Freixenet Italian Rosé is fresh and fruity with the delicate aroma of red fruits and an elegant base of white flowers and apples.
