The art of distillation has been a Nonino Family privilege since 1897. Suggested by international mixologists everywhere in the world. Nonino cocktails and Aperitifs: to be tasted in company to celebrate an anniversary, to relax after an intense working day or before flinging into a love declaration, while listening to your favorite music or as the perfect beginning of a romantic evening!

Tasting Notes

Crystal clear in color. The bouquet shows brioche, green grapes and peppery spice with olive oil, buttery and bready. The palate is fruity, oily and spicy. Green aromatic grapes, red apple and linseed oil with faint shoe polish. Spicy finish. Before tasting, grappa should rest in the glass for some minutes: taking oxygen the fragrances are exalted and the nose-palate harmony is completed. Serve at about 12°C or in an iced open tulip shaped glass.

Food Pairing

To complete a meal, as a liqueur, at any moment of the day as a ‘pleasure’. Grappa Nonino 41 can be added to dumpling dough to make it softer; to risotto to exalt its fragrance in the quantity of one or two tea-spoons after toasting the rice; when cooking quite fat meat, added halfway through cooking in the quantity of a soup spoon. Martini Rosso Vermouth is a light, balanced and scarlet-hued Italian sweet red vermouth. This famous drink was first created by the Martini family in the ancient town of Pessione, nestling in the foothills of the Alps near Turin.
