The 2023 Roche Mazet Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and intense red wine from the Pays d'Oc IGP in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The 2023 vintage is described as having a silky and well-balanced structure thanks to its aging in wood.

• Appearance: Intense red robe with ruby tints.
• Aromas: A seductive nose featuring blackcurrant, dark cherry, and truffle, mingled with hints of vanilla and toasted oak.
• Palate: Full-bodied with a firm tannin structure. It offers flavors of ripe red fruit, dried herbs, and a characteristic woody finish.
• Alcohol Content: Typically 13% ABV.

Light nose of apple, a tinge of cinnamon plus apple and butterscotch in the taste, this is a smooth, approachable and Cognac.
