The Bitter Truth Liqueur | Pimento Dram – 50 cl

The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram is a highly aromatic 22% ABV spiced liqueur crafted from a base of premium Jamaican rum, sugarcane, and selected pimento berries (commonly known as allspice). Originating historically as a traditional Caribbean staple, this liqueur blends old-world craftsmanship with Caribbean flavors to serve as a fundamental tool for mixology.

• Nose: Highly concentrated and warm. It leads with upfront, intense notes of clove and raw allspice, followed by an array of baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, rounded out by a touch of molasses-driven sweetness from the rum.
• Palate: Spicy, sweet, and intensely vibrant. Clove dominates the foreground before melting into pure, distinct flavors of cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, and black pepper.
• Finish: A medium-to-long, dry, and warm finish that offers a slightly complex numbing sensation, carrying lingering notes of hot smoked maple syrup and dry cardamom.

• Producer: The Bitter Truth (Germany)
• Base Spirit: Jamaican Rum
• Alcohol Content: 22% ABV (44 Proof)
• Bottle Size: Typically available in 50 cl
