Tasting Notes

• Nose: Crisp and highly aromatic. Dominated by tropical pineapple, ripe orchard fruits (pears and green apples), creamy vanilla, honey, and a gentle hint of fresh wood shavings.
• Palate: Light-to-medium mouthfeel. It balances citrus zest, sugary malt, and warm baking spices (like white pepper and ginger) alongside a noticeable, clean oak presence.
• Finish: Short-to-medium and crisp, ending on lingering notes of vanilla malt, apple peel, and a dry, clean oakiness.
