Perfect Serve: To make an easy Pomelo Collins, mix the miniature of Whitley Neill Pink Grapefruit Gin with 2.5 fl oz (80 ml) strained pomelo juice, 0.75 fl oz (25 ml) lime juice, a teaspoon of honey and ice in a shaker.
