Zacapa XO – 75 cl

Ron Zacapa Centenario XO 25 is distilled from fermented pure virgin sugar cane syrup. Ron Zacapa Centenario X.O. is made from the most carefully selected rums with an average age of 25 years, which are then mixed for more than a year to achieve a perfect balance in the composition of aroma and taste. Ron Zacapa Centenario matured in robust barrels of American whiskey and sherry wine Pedro Ximénez, after which he ended up in French oak barrels in which cognac had previously matured.

Zacap XO is best enjoyed clean or in a mixed drink.

The distillery is proud that their plantations are in the best place in the world for sugar cane production, thanks to a combination of microclimate, soil and temperature. When it comes time to ferment, the distillery uses its own strain of yeast obtained from pineapple. These yeasts produce the specific aroma typical of Zacapa Centenario rums.

Negrita is a blended rum which is distilled on the French islands of Reunion, Guadeloupe, and Martinique in the Caribbean. It is made from sugar cane juice, not molasses

Captain Morgan Dark rum is a blend of five different rums from Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados. The blended rum mixture is distilled in a two part process using both pot stills and continuous stills and then aged for 2 to 7 years in charred oak barrels.

From the land where sugarcane and Satsuma oranges first arrived in the USA, comes Bayou Satsuma Rum Liqueur, a craft-made, All-American rum flavored with Satsuma juice. Biting into a freshly peeled Louisiana Satsuma is hard to beat! During the last Satsuma harvest in Louisiana, we started mixing this brilliant citrus juice with our Bayou Rum and the taste was so smooth and refreshing we decided to bottle it!

Distilled from sugar cane, this very delicate rum is an excellent example of Caribbean flavour. Deep yellow in colour with a delicate and refined aroma, the rum has a long elegant finis with a complex blend of banana and vanilla.
