Parellada and Garnacha Blancatraditional white grapes, are what give Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. It’s firm, fresh, long and elegant in the body, with a lingering finish.

Excellent as an aperitif and acompaniment for rice dishes, seafood and fish.

Cordon Negro Rosé's bright, fruity personality envelops the senses in the glass with fresh raspberry and fruit cocktail aromas. The toasty palate mixes strawberry jam and red currant to deliver a pleasant mouth feel, wrapped up in a slow, light, sweet finish.The late harvested Garnacha grape, also known as Grenache in France, collects sun and warmth a month longer than most cava grapes, proffering abilities to build higher levels of sugars, translating to higher alcohol content. The indigenous and rare Trepat grapes, by contrast, are low altitude, low sugar grapes that ripen mid harvest, delivering lower alcohol levels upon fermentation. The combination of the two makes for a delightfully complex, nicely balanced blend with a rosy complexion. At harvest, the grapes are processed separately, then transferred to stainless steel tanks where proprietary yeasts from Freixenet's own collection begin the first fermentation. After 10 to 12 days of interaction with the yeasts in perfect 59 to 63 degree atmosphere of the caves, the wines are racked, fined, filtered, and prepared for blending in traditional méthode champenoise, heralding the second fermentation.The blush of Cordon Negro Rosé, and the well-balanced acidity are the direct results of the grape varieties and the careful méthode champenoise process.The Trepat grape is only planted over 1,000 acres, unique to the soil conditions and climate of the Penedes region of Catalonia, Spain. The wild, red fruit flavors are contributed by the mix of Trepat with Garnacha, which lends a spiced berry nuance to the wine.

The Mahou Gluten-Free Cinco Estrellas is created as a beer that is suitable for people with celiac disease, preserving the same flavor of its sister beer, the Mahou Cinco Estrellas.

With a bright golden color, it is known for being creamy and consistent, with an intense and balanced body capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.

GinRaw Cherry Bloosom Gin is a smooth and irresistible tribute to cherry blossom with sloe and spice. It is distilled at a low temperature to preserve the flavour and aroma of the botanicals used. The ingredients of this unique gin include only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

The gin has an excellent intensity of aroma. Fresh cherry notes, a hint of green aromas, sloe, spice and juniper are beautifully blended. The palate is full and voluminous on the palate. The juniper aroma is well balanced.

Again, 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in different fields are behind the gin production: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in perfumes, the founder of the world's first dessert restaurant Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and Spain's best sommelier of 2012. These people have come together to create the perfect combination of scents and flavours.

GinRaw is only produced in small quantities with 37.5% alcohol content. We recommend serving it with tonic and ice, accompanied by cherries or citrus fruits.
