TASTING NOTES

Colour: Golden in color.

Nose: Fresh aromatic profile with ripe citrus fruit, layers of floral notes and a touch of vanilla.

Palate: The mouthfeel is full, clean and crisp with pear, apple and a touch of grapefruit along with sweet spice. All this culminates into a bright, crisp finish with refreshing acidity and balance.​​​​​​​It reveals great sucrosity and mouth-filling texture. Exquisite acidity stands out with toasted and mineral aftertaste.​​​​​​​ Balanced and fluid, its fresh acidity helps silky, ripe tannins to stand out. Full-bodied with an excellent finish.

MENU SUGGESTIONS

A perfect pairing for cheese or meat empanadas, dried fruits platters, roasted brochettes or dried pasta with seafood sauce.
