Edinburgh Gin Original – 70 cl

Our classic London Dry style gin. A clean, zesty, juniper-forward gin which balances softness with bright citrus. Launched in 2010, this is our modern London Dry gin, with a nod to Scotland in its recipe including native plants and botanicals.A unique blend of fourteen botanicals includes lavender, pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts. Orange peel, lemongrass and lime peel contribute lively citrus notes. Created by hand in our West End and Leith distilleries, this is a delightfully crisp gin with a distinctively smooth finish.

Bottled at 43% ABV, our classic Edinburgh Gin makes for a refreshing G&T, best served with a zesty orange twist and premium Indian tonic water. Its distinctive flavour lends itself perfectly to classic cocktails such as Martinis, Negronis, and Gimlets.

Chivas Regal 18 Gold Signature is a uniquely rich; multi-layered blend created by Colin Scott, one of the world's most experienced Master Blenders. This highly awarded blend is produced using various malt and grain whiskies from distilleries all over Scotland, including our classic Speyside malt from Strathisla. From the Auchentoshan distillery in the Scottish Lowlands comes a triple distilled single malt Scotch whisky aged entirely in first fill American oak casks. A light, bright whisky with plenty of vanilla sweetness at its centre - great as an aperitif dram.

Nose: Oranges and lemons, toffee chunks and milk chocolate. Wafts of grassy air and clotted cream.

Palate: Bounty bars, more citrus peels and peaches. A little bit buttery, with golden barley and oak spice developing on the mid palate.

Finish: Lasting notes of grapefruit and toffee pennies.

Teacher's was one of the first and believed to be one of the best blended Scotch whiskies. In order to achieve 'perfection', William Teacher used a high proportion of expensive single malts. This blend became Teacher's Highland Cream and to this day, still contains the same high proportion of malt whisky. A malty and creamy whisky, rounded, smooth on the palate with an oaky and smoky finish.

Nose: Fruity, malty aromas. Just a hint of peat smoke with a good dollop of gooey toffee.

Palate: Soft smoke, barley malt and manuka honey. Hints of Malt-driven palate with soft spices.

Finish: Malt and smoke on the finish. Classic.
