Botanicals: The core ingredients include Arbequina olives from Spain, basil from Italy, rosemary from Greece, and thyme from Turkey. These are complemented by traditional gin botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, and green cardamom, as well as bitter oranges and lemons from Spain.Production: Each botanical undergoes a delicate maceration and independent distillation process in ancient Florentine stills to ensure its unique character is fully expressed, with the citrus fruits macerated for over a year. The varying acidity of the Arbequina olives means each batch has a slightly unique profile, adding to its artisanal appeal.Tasting Notes:

The Rodnik’s Absinthe Black is an Absinthe produced in Spain. It has a soft aniseed aroma and is ideal for cocktails and long drinks. This Absinthe is made from the best Mediterranean plants and herbs. Rich in wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), it is aromatic and smooth in taste. Due to its high alcohol content, it should be consumed with caution.

Its fine bubbles are combined with a nose of peaches, ripe pears, flowers and nuances of tropical fruits. In the mouth, you’ll taste a wine that is creamy yet sweet with a long finish, making it really easy to drink.Freixenet ICE is Medium Dry. Parellada and Garnacha Blancatraditional white grapes, are what give Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. It’s firm, fresh, long and elegant in the body, with a lingering finish.

Excellent as an aperitif and acompaniment for rice dishes, seafood and fish.

Cordon Negro Rosé's bright, fruity personality envelops the senses in the glass with fresh raspberry and fruit cocktail aromas. The toasty palate mixes strawberry jam and red currant to deliver a pleasant mouth feel, wrapped up in a slow, light, sweet finish.The late harvested Garnacha grape, also known as Grenache in France, collects sun and warmth a month longer than most cava grapes, proffering abilities to build higher levels of sugars, translating to higher alcohol content. The indigenous and rare Trepat grapes, by contrast, are low altitude, low sugar grapes that ripen mid harvest, delivering lower alcohol levels upon fermentation. The combination of the two makes for a delightfully complex, nicely balanced blend with a rosy complexion. At harvest, the grapes are processed separately, then transferred to stainless steel tanks where proprietary yeasts from Freixenet's own collection begin the first fermentation. After 10 to 12 days of interaction with the yeasts in perfect 59 to 63 degree atmosphere of the caves, the wines are racked, fined, filtered, and prepared for blending in traditional méthode champenoise, heralding the second fermentation.The blush of Cordon Negro Rosé, and the well-balanced acidity are the direct results of the grape varieties and the careful méthode champenoise process.The Trepat grape is only planted over 1,000 acres, unique to the soil conditions and climate of the Penedes region of Catalonia, Spain. The wild, red fruit flavors are contributed by the mix of Trepat with Garnacha, which lends a spiced berry nuance to the wine.
