The Marques De Riscal Sauvignon Blanc from the high plateau of Rueda, this is one of Spain’s most celebrated Sauvignon Blanc’s and a perfect example of a crisp, modern Sauvignon. This is a versatile white wine that goes extremely well with a range of fish based dishes as well as pasta and chicken.

Mía Freixenet Blanco is a wine made from Maccabeu, Xarello, Parellada and Muscatel.

Once the grapes are harvested, they are destemmed and pressed. Then, they ferment in stainless steel deposits with temperature control. It is not aged, in any way, before it is bottled. Mía Freixenet Blanco is a fruity, light and refreshing wine. A classic wine of Penedés, made with grapes that are typical from the area. Slightly fruitier thanks to the Muscatel. Ideal for the aperitif or on its own.

TASTE :Crisp and fruity whites are dry, medium-dry or medium-sweet.

They are typically crisply acidic, which balances their rich fruitiness. You can discern yellow plum, apple and peach notes in these wines. Crisp acids create a fresh finish, making these wines ideal for a variety of foods.
