ayman’s Gently-Rested Gin draws inspiration from the splendid Gin Palaces of the 19th century, when resting English gin in Scotch whisky barrels gave it a truly unique spicy finish. Although London’s Gin Palaces are no longer in existence, Hayman’s has kept this Victorian tradition alive by resting its classic London Dry for three weeks in ex-Scotch whisky barrels, allowing the spicy and peppery notes to emerge while keeping the delicate traditional notes of the botanicals intact.

Hayman’s Gently Rested Gin has a silky, smooth body and a unique, balanced, peppery finish, with the lively flavours of juniper and coriander giving it a traditional English Gin structure, with a twist of Gin Palace.

Beefeater Pink adds a new and bold pink face to the brand's product range and appears as a homage of London's underground club culture. Terres de Mistral Gin was born from three friends' love of all things Provence. Produced at a family-run distillery in Forcalquiers, they used their wine knowledge to create a beautiful rosy gin. The handcrafted gin is distilled from wine made with Provençal grapes and is then infused with 12 herbs and botanicals.

A wonderfully dry pink gin, and the ornate label doesn't go amiss either.
