Blanka Arak | Crafted – 70 cl

Arak Blanka "Crafted" is a premium, artisanal Lebanese spirit produced by the Bejjani family (ETS. Distillery). Spanning three generations of craft, it is made from indigenous Lebanese white grapes (Merwah and Obeidi) and flavored with high-quality Heena aniseed.

The "Crafted" edition is packaged in a classic glass bottle and is traditionally distilled through authentic copper stills, offering a highly refined, smooth, and aromatic flavor profile that is methanol-free.

• Alcohol by Volume (ABV): Typically bottled at a strong 60% ABV.
  
• Profile: Features clean, precise, and slightly sweet aniseed notes (thanks to the Heena seed) sitting over a well-rounded grape body without industrial harshness.
• The Louche Effect: Crystal clear in the bottle, it transforms into a beautiful, milky divine white color ("Blanka") the moment water is added.
• Distilled and purified in copper stills.

Traditional Serving

To enjoy its full character, pour one part arak to two parts cold water, and always add the ice cubes last so they do not freeze or bruise the neat spirit. It pairs exceptionally well with Mediterranean mezze, fresh seafood, and grilled dishes.

Chateau Ksara Sunset Rose, an intense pink colour with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, with an initial roundness in the mouth, and finishing with a fresh and vivid taste. Winemaking & maturing Selected from the best vats of red grapes, this wine is obtained by bleeding. After 10 to 14 hours of maceration, fermentation is done at a low temperature (18°C). Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is racked-off and sulphured to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once it has stabilised, SUNSET is bottled in the spring, to preserve its ripe fruit flavours. Ageing Better appreciated the first year; it can be kept for up to 2 years in a good cellar. Serving This fresh robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Oriental cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cold meat. It should be served chilled (8-10°C) in order to reveal its spicy flavour, freshness and balance.

The arak of Chateau Ksara is a truly authentic expression of Lebanon's traditional, anise-flavored spirit.

It is produced in a specially-designed alembic still using an innovative technique to assure that only the heart of the distillate, the real "pure flower", is used. Finally, following ancestral norms, Ksarak is matured for two years in clay jars from Beit Chebab before it is at last ready for consumption.
