Arak Blanka "Cedar Green" is an ultra-premium, artisanal Lebanese arak that belongs to the brand's signature Masterpiece Collection. Named after the iconic symbol on Lebanon's flag, this specific release is highly regarded for its exceptional alcohol purity, traditional distillation methods, and its unique visual presentation.

• The Base Spirit: Fermented from a select blend of indigenous Lebanese white grapes, specifically Obeidi and Merwah.
• Flavoring: Infused with premium Heena aniseed, which imparts a smoother, rounder, and highly aromatic profile compared to standard anise variants. 
• Distillation & Aging: Traditionally triple-distilled in authentic copper stills. It is then matured in specialized clay jars to develop extra complexity, weight, and roundness while eliminating any aggressive alcohol burn.
• Strength: Bottles in the Masterpiece collection feature a potent 70% ABV (Alcohol By Volume).
• The "Methanol-Free" Experience: The producers emphasize a clean distillation cut, resulting in a spirit free of undesirable congeners, which prevents dry throats and headaches.

Traditional Serving Ritual

1. Ratio: Mix one part arak to two parts water in a small glass. The spirit will transform from crystal clear to a milky white emulsion (louched).
2. Ice: Always add ice last. Ice should never touch the neat spirit directly, as it causes the anise fats to congeal prematurely.
3. Pairing: Best served fresh alongside local Mediterranean mezze, grilled meats, seafood, and salads

Chateau Ksara's Merwah is a profound and ancient expression of Lebanon's formidable terroir. Made from 60-year-old vines, grown on the terraced hill of the tiny, North Lebanese village of Douma at over 1,500 meters, giving freshness and flavor intensity to the fruit. It is hand harvested at very low yields in the mid-October and vinified with minimal intervention.

The Merwah's rounded character and inherent complexity allows it to be enjoyed alone or with food.

Named after François-Eugène Brun, Arak Brun might be the world’s most famous arak! Its production has been uninterrupted since the inception of the winery in 1868. It is made from the alcohol of estate grown Obeidi and Cinsault grapes, harvested at optimum ripeness, and blended with fresh anise. Since 2015, Domaine des Tourelles grows its own anise in Deir el Ahmar, a village in the district of Baalbek. Their arak is produced inside a hundred-year-old cellar, processed traditionally using a three-stage distillation in traditional alembics, and aged in clay jars.

Arak is not sweetened.
