Arak Blanka Pottery Clay is a premium expression from the "Masterpiece" collection. It features a premium, artisanal Lebanese arak packaged in a unique, handmade porcelain vessel designed to be kept long after the spirit is finished. The distinctive earthy, pottery clay tone of the vessel nods directly to the traditional earthenware jars that Lebanese arak has been rested in for centuries.

• Production & Origin: Crafted by the Bejjani family over three generations at ETS Distillery in Lebanon. 
• Ingredients: Fermented from a blend of indigenous white grapes (Merwah and Obeidi) and flavored with high-quality Heena aniseed. 
• Distillation & Aging: Traditionally triple-distilled through authentic copper stills and subsequently matured in specialized jars for added depth, smoothness, and complexity. 
• Purity: Formulated to be entirely methanol-free, providing a velvety smooth, aromatic taste without causing headaches or dry throats. 
• Flavor Profile: Crystal clear liquid that louches to a milky white upon adding water. It presents a clean, rounded aniseed note anchored by a heavy grape spirit base, finishing with a lingering warmth of liquorice.

• Traditional Service: Best enjoyed by pouring one part arak to two parts water, followed by adding ice cubes last so the ice never directly touches the neat spirit. It is traditionally served in small, fresh glasses with every pour.
• Food Pairings: Pairs exceptionally well with traditional Mediterranean mezze spreads, grilled meats, salads, seafood, and spicy stews.

Arak Fakra is an extra special baladi Arak, distilled in keeping with the ancestral Lebanese traditions with a selection of clusters of grapes and top-quality aniseed. It is then aged until maturity in baked clay jars which gives it a taste unlike any other.

Arak is the national Lebanese beverage. Today, over 100 years later, this family's descendants perpetuate the traditions of the Lebanese mountain by producing with the same method and according to the same formula that rare arak bearing the name of Arak Fakra, a name inspired by a prestigious site of that mountain situated at an altitude of more then 1500 meters. Already long before our era, the Romans had chosen this area to raise temples devoted to their divinities among which that of Venus and monuments honoring emperor Claudius (10AC - 54AD) whose name was Baalgalassos. The shadow of these temples' ruins still hands today over the cellars where Arak Fakra comes to maturity.

Said Touma came from a family with a long history in the alcohol business and founded Clos St. Thomas in 1997. The winery was named after the chapel of St. Thomas, found in the heart of the vineyards.

Arak Touma is distilled four times using a variety of grapes and quality aniseed.

Arak Massaya has a beguiling aniseed flavor and freshness that cleans the palate and aids digestion. It is often served as an aperitif and then as the perfect accompaniment to classic selections of mezze, the array of tasty dishes with contrasting flavours that is the starting point for many lunchtime or evening meals.

Arak works particularly well with the mezze melange that will include olives, spices, meat and cheese flavors that are sometimes harder to match with wine.

Chateau Ksara Blanc De L'Observatoire is intensely aromatic on the nose, with soft rich fruit, a zesty palate and a long, very fresh finish. This wine seduces with its finesse, elegance and floral aroma.

Chateau Ksara Blanc De L'Observatoire is an interesting blend of aromatic white grapes: 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Muscat and 20% Clairette. The Sauvignon Blanc gives this wine its finesse and elegance, the Muscat its subtle flowery aroma and the Clairette its fruitiness, roundness and rich taste. Each wine is matured separately for three months in French oak casks, before being blended and bottled.
