Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is slow distilled and handmade from 11 botanicals including oriental spices and gunpowder tea. Fresh citrus notes with spice. Gin with a fresh citrus taste and spicy notes of oriental botanicals. Gunpowder gin is a green tea that has been slowly dried, the delicate leaves then carefully rolled into shiny pellets.

The flavour is bold and bright with a slight spicy freshness.

A fruit-forward variation of Fire & Ice Gin, this expression packs a core of juniper notes alongside wild berry notes. Enjoyably sweet, and perfect for summery cocktails. Perhaps garnished with some fresh berries too, to really bolster the berry notes.

Gordon's gin is triple-distilled and contains juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, licorice, orris root, orange, and lemon peel, though the exact recipe has remained a closely guarded secret since 1769. It differed from others at the time in that it didn't add sugar, which made it a "dry" gin. It takes ten days' distillation after receiving the wheat to create a finished product of a bottle of Gordon's Gin
