GinRaw Cherry Bloosom Gin is a smooth and irresistible tribute to cherry blossom with sloe and spice. It is distilled at a low temperature to preserve the flavour and aroma of the botanicals used. The ingredients of this unique gin include only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

The gin has an excellent intensity of aroma. Fresh cherry notes, a hint of green aromas, sloe, spice and juniper are beautifully blended. The palate is full and voluminous on the palate. The juniper aroma is well balanced.

Again, 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in different fields are behind the gin production: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in perfumes, the founder of the world’s first dessert restaurant Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and Spain’s best sommelier of 2012. These people have come together to create the perfect combination of scents and flavours.

GinRaw is only produced in small quantities with 37.5% alcohol content. We recommend serving it with tonic and ice, accompanied by cherries or citrus fruits.

Parellada and Garnacha Blancatraditional white grapes, are what give Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. Marqués de Riscal made Rioja what it is today. Up until the 1850s the locals had made only light, young wines. Then, in 1858, Riscal introduced the ‘Bordeaux method’, barrel ageing. From that moment on, the practice became integral to Rioja. Today, Riscal Reserva is one of the most famous wines in Spain. Each grape is selected from vines that are at least 50 years old. Mature vines make the tastiest grapes. So the wine is incredibly rich and concentrated.

It’s full of summer-berry flavours and notes of liquorice and vanilla spice.
